These terms apply when you use the Split/Milk website or book our mobile coffee cart services. By using this site or making a booking, you agree to these terms.

Service description

Split/Milk provides mobile coffee cart hire for events including weddings, corporate events, festivals, and private parties. We serve speciality coffee and other beverages from our mobile setup at your chosen venue.

Quotes & booking

All quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. A booking is confirmed once we have agreed the details in writing (including via email) and any required deposit has been received.

Cancellation

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.
• Cancellations within 14 days of the event may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover costs already incurred.
• If we need to cancel due to circumstances beyond our control, we will offer a full refund or reschedule at no extra cost.

Venue & access

You are responsible for ensuring we have suitable access to the venue for our equipment, including a level surface, adequate space, and access to a power supply if agreed in advance. We will confirm specific requirements when your booking is confirmed.

Liability

We hold public liability insurance for our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total amount you have paid for that booking. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, branding, and design — is owned by Split/Milk and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
